Generously donated by Patrick (p.s) Gordon
Nationally-acclaimed artist Patrick (p.s.) Gordon has been a pioneering supporter of Tulsa CARES since the organization’s earliest days and has helped shape the spirit of this community through both his art and his unwavering generosity. This year, he offers something truly extraordinary, a one-of-a-kind collaboration between artist and collector.
Fresh from his first career retrospective, Wall Flowers: Patrick Gordon Paintings, at Philbrook Museum of Art, Gordon invites the winning bidder to help complete a new original work created especially for Red Ribbon Gala. The painting’s luminous background has already been prepared; the collector will then work with the artist to select the floral subject resulting in a bespoke botanical painting uniquely tailored to its owner. Known for his vibrant color, striking compositions, and deeply personal exploration of identity and beauty, Gordon’s works are held in collections across the country and cherished throughout Tulsa’s cultural landscape.
This is more than acquiring a painting; it is the rare opportunity to commission an original work from one of Tulsa’s most accomplished and beloved artists while celebrating a legacy of compassion, creativity, and community.
